What BWT hosts
Best WordPress Themes is an editorial directory. We do not host or distribute WordPress themes, plugins, or other software. We link out to vendor sites and the WordPress.org repository where the software is hosted and licensed.
Our editorial commentary, performance benchmarks, vulnerability snapshots, and directory metadata are original to BWT. We reference vendor names, brief excerpts, and select screenshots under fair use for review and reporting purposes.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe BWT publishes content that infringes a copyright you own, please send a written notice via the contact page that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The specific URL on BWT where the alleged infringement appears
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter notices
If your content is removed in error, you may file a counter notice via the same channel, with the corresponding statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
