Native Built for this builder

The theme explicitly ships native integration with this builder, or is the builder's official companion theme. Strongest combination; no friction expected.

Works Universal compatibility

The theme is builder-agnostic. Works cleanly with this builder without specific friction, though there's no special integration.

Limited Friction expected

The theme is built for a specific other builder (or for full-site editing). It can run alongside this builder but you may fight the theme's design system or duplicate functionality.

How status is computed

Each theme entry declares a pageBuilder field. "any" themes work universally. Themes that specify a builder (e.g. Astra → "any", Hello Elementor → "elementor") get a Native pairing with that builder and Limited against opinionated competitors. Block themes (FSE) get Native with Gutenberg and Limited with everything else.

What's not covered yet

Plugin-to-plugin conflict tracking, host-to-stack pairing recommendations, and "verified working" community confirmations. These land as the data set grows. The matrix here reflects vendor positioning, not crowdsourced testing.
